7 Easy Steps to Your Dream Water Feature

Step 1. Reach Out To Us

Let us know what you want your water feature to look like by filling out our form. Whether it’s a dipping pond, a koi pond with a waterfall, a stream with multiple waterfalls, or a fountainscape, get creative and have fun! We’ll request some photos of the space where you’d like the water feature to be, so we can get a more accurate idea of what you’re thinking. We’re here to answer any questions or uncertainties you may have.

Step 2. Phone Consultation

Once we’ve reviewed your site photos, we’ll call to discuss your project in more detail and decide on a site visit date. It’s important to have all decision makers present at our meeting so we can discuss ideas and agree on a game plan as we move forward.

Step 3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll come to your home, business, or project location to inspect your site. If you already own a water feature, we’ll perform an Exploratory Drain and Clean, as we would have discussed in the phone consultation, prior to any other work. We’ll then set the timeline and budget of your project, and once you agree, we can move to the next phase of our process. Our On-Site Consultation fee for new projects is $150 and may change based on the complexity of your project. If we move forward, that fee is put towards the cost of the project.

Step 4. We Get To Work

Once we enter into an agreement, we get to work designing and building a one-of-a-kind, unique water feature that’s perfect for you and your space. In no time at all, you’ll be entertaining family and friends by your outdoor oasis and enjoying the soothing sound of water every day! We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process of building your dream feature.

Step 5. Post-Job Walkthrough

Once work is complete, we’d love to do a walkthrough with you (and the whole family!) to make sure everything is perfect. We want to make sure you’re happy with our work and that you feel confident in “taking the wheel” from here. We’ll spend this time educating you on the best way to keep your water feature healthy and answer any questions you might have. You’ll also get our pond “owner’s manual” to help you properly care for your water feature.

Step 6. Love Your Upgraded Outdoor Space

Your newly built water feature adds movement to your landscape and enhances the entire look of your property. This space is your space, and you are free to enjoy it as you see fit. We can’t wait to hear about how you do so! Send us photos! :)

Step 7. Follow-Up

We’re not going anywhere! In fact, we’ll check in with you after a few weeks and then a few months to make sure everything is going to your liking and if you have any questions,. Every season, you’ll get a contract including the appropriate maintenance for your feature. If you want to hand off the weight of maintenance, know that you are one click or phone call away. At the end of the day, we want to see you happy and your water feature happy.
